“Do you have physical store where I can visit?”

Yes, we have a store opened at Jacquelink, Plaza Indonesia Level 2 #e19, Jl MH Thamrin kav 28-30. Jakarta Pusat 10350

 

“Do I need to sign up an account to order?”

NO, but if you do sign up you can track your order and see the progress of your order.

Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking.

 

“Do you accept credit cards payment? & Can I purchase from overseas?”

Surely Jacquelink accept credit card payment and yes! Jacquelink may ship overseas

 

“Will you be getting your sold out items back in stock?” or “The item I’m interested in is sold out; can I be put on waiting list?”

There is a possibility, please drop us an email requesting for further notification when the product is back in stock

 

“Can I get my order earlier than the estimated delivery time?”

Jacquelink need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order, that’s why we need the standard estimated delivery time

 

“What do I do if I have received the package but there is a problem with the product?”

Please read return and exchange policy.

 

“How can I track my order?”

You can sign in and view your order history and status in ‘my account’.

 

What do I have to do if I’ve completed my payment but haven’t received the package over the estimated delivery time?”

Please login ‘my account’ to check your transaction history record & check the tracking number if have had it. Lastly, please drop us an email info@jacquelink.com for more information

 

“Can I cancel my order?”

You can not cancel your order after submitting.

Please do review your shopping bag before submitting an order.

 

“Can I add an item to my order after I submit an order?”

Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to purchase.

 

“Why are my order cancelled?”

Maximum payment for an order is 3×24 hrs after order have been placed.

If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

You can use Visa or Mastercard to shop with us.

Indonesian customers recommended using credit card issued by local bank as there is no exchange rate.

 

All transactions on this website are processed using Veritrans, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

 

BANK TRANSFER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been done, simply click on Confirm Payment link at the right-top of Jacquelink webstore.

You will be asked to sign in with your current account.

After signed in, click Confirm Payment On My Orders then select the order you’ve paid.

Fill in all the details and done! You will received a shipping schedule and an email with shipment tracking code will automatically sent once shipment done.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

When placing your Jacquelink.com order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

 

Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, quality control of your beloved merchandise, and pack your order before Jacquelink ship them on the next day.

 

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.

 

TIMELINE

JAKARTA AREA: Estimated delivery times: 1-3 working days after shipment.

OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times: 2-5 working days after shipment.

INTERNATIONAL: Estimated delivery times: 5-15 working days after shipment.

Delay might occur during public holidays.

 

Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic) and EMS POS INDONESIA (international), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.

 

LIMITATIONS

 

We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.

We do not take responsibility if JNE can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the ‘Track Order’ links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021- 2927 8888) to deal with the problem.

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 2 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

International Orders: Please allow 5 – 15 working days for international shipping.
